Wyrd Wynner “Robin Hummingbird”

March 22nd-24th Wyrd Wynner “Robin Hummingbird”

Robin Hummingbird is a twelve ounce creation. Crafted during the final remaining week of our Astrological year. Upon the New Moon in Pisces. Crafted within a bird shaped coffee mug, the earth tones radiated that of Spring! This vessel was gifted to me by Angela, the owner of a store I had my candles within. Now while Angela and I did not end our dynamic on a positive note, the situation occurred during the Winter Solstice. I cannot help but see the divine gift of initiation. I do not believe all conflict to be negative, even when ending with negative connotations. All life lessons of the shadow. That of which dies and that of which is reborn. Transmuting the energy within the vessel from that of death by that dynamic into one of rebirth adds the power of intention within the renewal energy of the candle spell. Energy cannot be created nor destroyed, only transformed. Ascending the soul through every encounter of life to the benefit of the highest self.

As I was lovingly topping this curation, I had opened my curtains to welcome in the light. Listening to the birds sing their morning songs. I looked out the sliding door window to see not one, but two Robins staring at me. Walking their way along the back deck. Making perfect eye contact with me, that is too eerily accurate to deny. I smiled over at them and continued my work. They remained for quite some time. I had topped I believe one other candle before they parted. At this time I was wondering what I should name this creation. Noted as “Bird” in my recipe book. I needed to make the connection to which bird, this Bird symbolized to be. I had not yet, connected the Robins to the vessel. I was fixated on another direction and took the Robins to be a message of another kind. Reaching out for my animal tarot deck, I began to shuffle. Upon time to draw, a card with a dark green and yellow bird appeared. The bird had a long beak, just as the vessel. The colors were synchronized as well, with a few more variations within the tarot card. The resemblance still remained. I did not believe this bird to be a Hummingbird. But it was stated to be in the interpretation book associated with the deck, and so I will not argue. It was in that moment I connected the Robins and the Hummingbird together. I could not choose one over the other. Nor was there another connection of name to bridge to and therefore He became Robin Hummingbird.

Choosing yellow to add a contrast within the earth tones of the vessel, as well to symbolize the equalization of the Sun for our new season. Scented with Citronella for that of abundance, serenity, refreshment and cleansing of deathly pests. Topped with the remaining baby cones fallen from the winter Pines and Daisys of the mountainous signs of Ostara. Re-awakening the Heart, the vesseled home of the soul, into a state of openness through the crystals resting atop the Solar Plexus within the wax. This candle embraces the beauty, strength and magick of the Fae, resembling an inner child reference to Tinker Bell. The green coloring was my intuitive clue. Unsure of who this curation was meant to be for, I had to sit and wonder for longer than I would like to admit. Battling myself on trying to crack the code to who was destined for this alignment. Once I know I know, but until then, I haven’t got a clue. After posting this creation video, I had my beloved supporters liking and commenting. Wondering if the riddle would finally click. It was then I saw Heather Faerie Bliss Creations (a long time supporter since 21/22 era Wyrd Curations) liked the video. There it was, the color I had been sensing. My entire body lit up with confirmation upon seeing her enchanting Green Eyes.
