Cancellation Policy
Please Cancel Within 48 Hrs of Appointment. Refunds NOT available. Reschedule only. Reschedules are available to be moved to any date within 60 Days/2 Months. After 3 reschedules (within reason), your appointment will be permanently cancelled and you will have to rebook and repay the fee. Cancelling 48hrs in advanced helps open up the appointment time for another client. A card must be on file for all appointments. If you cancel 24hrs you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. No Showing your appointment will result in full charge of service without a reschedule or refund.
