I have always been someone who feels deeply in tune with natural energies and their flows. However, I’ve struggled to articulate that connection and apply it to myself in practical ways. I’ve also found self-awareness to be a challenge as well as acceptance of my own emotions and emotional needs. I am a driven, fast-paced, and sometimes impatient individual, deeply motivated by goals and success. This has been highly impactful in helping me to avoid relearning lessons I should have better internalized previously, and to double down on what I now am developing in terms of strategic approaches and thoughtful action planning.
