This guide is designed to educate and redirect the understanding of the Third Eye Chakra and how to connect with yours on a deeper and more personal level for yourself; without distraction or overwhelm with other variables.

Third Eye Thursday is probably one of the most simplest of days to ritualize, while being one of the most vital. It is the day of insight and observation. Connected to the Crown but more internal than external. I utilize the Crown Chakra Day as a day of external insight in the world around us. The Crown Chakra is the world. The essence all around us always. The Third Eye Chakra is the eye of the storm. The eye deep within ourselves. This is the time to Hermit yourself inward.

Observe your emotions and feelings. Observe the sensations of all stimuli and the energy it invokes within you. This is the day to sit within the darkness. Lay in a dark room with a blindfold. Heighten your senses within by removing the stimuli without. It may be helpful for those restless at first to play a specific Third Eye Chakra mediation or music frequency. Set an intention for the interpersonal insights needed for you, whichever direction it may be. If possible, sit with yourself very still, for as long as you can. I find an hour to be a good amount time. However, you may need to work yourself up to this level.

It is an option to utilize another divination tool to gain further insight before mediating. This can help guide your energy into a more specific direction of insight while navigating your own personal underworld.

This is the day where you allow your intuition to guide you. Utilizing all the energy work and training you’ve engaged in all week to find the “ah-ha” moment of this weekly cycle. Do a yoga routine with a blindfold on. Feel into your awareness. Trust your inner eye, for it is never deceiving. Your human eyes can easily be clouded. Reflect and journal in on your meditation and the guidance it brought forth. Maybe take the time to deepen the knowledge from the insights and read a book, watch a Youtube video. Find your medium of knowledge and deep dive into your intuition. Bridge your underworld into this outer world. Uncover how to surface your internal world to the external world of your dreams.

Crystals that would be beneficial to utilize at this time would be Quartz and Amethyst. You can place them in your hands or if in a proper position, place them on your forehead where your Third Eye rests. Keep track of the insights provided. Ensure you don’t let them slip back into the depths. Give them a life jacket to safely float amongst the surface.
