The school system. What should it be? And what shouldn't it be?

It should be a space for children to discovery themselves and their passions. Their true gifts of nature.

Teachers should be filled with an essence of joy in doing to guide others to discover that love for themselves.

Too many teachers are dead souls who gave up on their dreams or forgot that reaching level of teacher/master does not mean you forget the joy of doing. The joy of the journey.

Remember the love of falling in love with your passion for the first time. You are now skilled enough to be leading others through that same process.

And it is the most beautiful process to see the joy spark in others. To light another flame in your niche.

Too often too many others compete and project their jealousy. Or other times a lesson in originality and authenticity is taken astray from insecure inadequacies of the student.

The teacher relationship is a strict and complicated balance, that often others truly fail to achieve. Especially in our modern system of factory education.
