This ritual guidance below is a strict emphasis on Sacral Chakra work only and specifically. Blended/Balanced 7 Chakra Daily Ritual to be provided in another ritual guide. This guide is designed to educate and redirect the understanding of the Sacral Chakra and how to connect with yours on a deeper and more personal level for yourself; without distraction or overwhelm with other variables.

Sacral Charka Day is the day of “self care.” The Generator Chakra of “work,” joy and excitement. If you do not know your Human Design, I suggest looking into it and understanding your energy field. I am a Generator. I know my Sacral Chakra is significantly important for me. It is my gut instinct. My internal compass. I have had to refine this day’s energy work time and time again. I quoted “self care” because I know plenty, my previous self included, that felt that self care was doing the pampering of things. The face masks, the massages and the relaxation. While that can be true, that is not quite the self care aligned for this chakra. The Sacral Chakra enjoys movement. Releasing energy through physical acts. This is the form of self care that may not always be “fun.” This is the day you engage in tasks that you know are good for you. I will briefly express my routine below. Take which aligns for you and adjust what does not.
For my Sacral Chakra Mondays, it is the day of “chores.” My grandmother always cleaned the house and tidied up on Mondays. As a child, I detested this routine. As an adult, I still do. I am not the most tidy, as I feel my focus and energy is needed in more “important” directions. I have learned the necessity in slowing down. I feel as if Earth time and Human Forms are too slow. It takes quite the amount of time and effort to achieve such perfection and balance. Where as in my head, I should be able to snap my fingers and it be done. This is a delusion and empty wish of desire. Remind your Generator energy to slow down and embrace the flow of all the aspects of the human experience. Cleansing and the gritty self care is the base of our Towers. I will complete the house chores on this day. Starting my morning with coffee and laundry to breakfast and kitchen cleaning. Taking the morning to clear the cluttered space. Sweeping the floors, simmer potting the air. I may also engage in a smoke cleanse. I feel into what is needed and act accordingly. This is where the Crown Chakra Sunday reflections can come in handy. I will pull in from the messages presented on Sunday to guide my self care. The first few weeks, it may be a heavy load of chore work to do. It can depend on your own personal habits. As a chaotic force, I find every week to be a challenge, as my natural creativity is destructive. Honor who you are and how you operate. Continue to refine it every day into a flow that doesn’t bring forth shame. You’ll start to find an ease in the habit and there will be less heaviness in the act. It’s like weight training but for your earthly home-ec duties.
Once the cleansing and organizing work is completed, now is the other side to the Sacral energy. The fun and joyous side. In the afternoons is the time I complete the creative, joy sparked interactions and tasks. It may look different day to day. This is a good time to complete an energetic work out, like dancing, weight training etc etc. It’s also a good day for a run, roller blading, child-like hobbies that spark an imaginative sense of fun. Take yourself back to your inner child. For those who have a 9-5 job, this may sound irresponsible and impossible to achieve. Find the balance in your own schedule and break up the tasks with your roommate, partner or spouse. If you are single, give yourself all the grace in the world. You are not meant to do everything and it is difficult to juggle so many tasks on your own. Maybe as you get started, you alternate weeks. Maybe one week you focus on the cleansing side of the Sacral Chakra before/after work. Then the next week engage in a fun and playful tasks. Don’t pressure yourself to “do it all.” I have done that to myself over and over again. This sets yourself up for failure. Your Crown Chakra routine is a ritualistic manifestation of the future you are calling and pulling in. Adjust your daily and weekly routine as much as you can each and every cycle to pull that dreamy future into your present reality. Again, do what you can. Baby steps, breadcrumbs to the castle filled with candy and desires. These also don’t have to be major acts. They can be small acts of cleansing and joy. The importance is in the mindfulness of your activities and the intent you Will behind them. Engage in tasks that drive the fire within your soul. I may create candles or write a few pieces if I feel called to it, but I do not force myself into that work horse mindset. Not on Sacral Chakra Day. I may take note of inspirations. But overall I follow that gut instinct of my joy.
This is a good day to eat, drink, wear and align with the color orange in any medium you can. Crystals you can dress yourself or alter space with would be Amber, Moonstone, Sunstone. Others are available and in alignment. I urge you to always take initiative to find stones and tools that align with you. Fire is a powerful tool for the Sacral Chakra as the Sacral Chakra is the burning spark we all have within ourselves for our purpose, our dreams. Lighting a candle, sitting by a fire, and eating wood burning fueled foods are all examples of how to engage with this energy. Connect the insights of the Crown to the human experience with power of the Sacral driving force.
