Written below is the channeled Candle Story behind this Curation

Ostara:
This beautiful and grande candle curation has finally been able to come to light. I have had this ceramic vessel for approximately 2 years now. I believe I found it in the basement at my Mother in Law’s home. She had told me about all these glasses and vases she had. She told me I was welcome to any of them. This vessel seemed to be hand made and hand painted. There was “O’Dell” carved at the bottom of the pot. I am not sure if my Sister in Law, Mother in Law or a grandmother had made it. My Mother in Law didn’t give me much background, as I am sure she did not remember. Either way, I saw the bunny painted on the side and I knew this would eventually become a Spring Equinox, Ostara or Easter Altar Centerpiece. She was going to be huge and I could not wait to fill her with a Wyrd Candle.
I took my time filling this piece. I knew she was gong to take a decent amount of wax. At the time I received her, I wasn’t sure if she would be “worth” filling. I was quite scarce with my candle making tools and had to ensure I was being somewhat reasonable and logical about how I was creating and using my supplies. She sat on my vessel shelf for two years. It wasn’t until Todd, of Todd’s Eclipsed Alchemy, brought her back to me in Nashville did I decide it was time. As I was crafting candles for the March Flea Market and my April Events, I looked over at her and felt deep in the pit of my gut that it was time. I saved her until the end. I needed to ensure I had enough curations crafted to get me through these first few events. I had enough wax. My husband questioned my decision and told me it may be smarter to hold off on her. But I couldn’t wait any longer. I was tired of not finishing projects because of the financial aspect of my supplies or other circumstances. I had to take this risk and gamble upon myself and this powerful creation. A curation offering destined for the magick and power of Rebirth. A rebirth that was coming whether any of us were ready or not. Embracing the Year of the Snake, I committed myself to crafting such a piece.
Ostara is 88 oz of a pale, pastel yellow colored wax. She is a potent blend of Earthy, Cleansing and Springy scents. I topped her with a variety of Spring Pallet Crystals and hand picked Daffodils from around my neighborhood. The Daffodils were the first blooms of this year’s season. She is a colorful blend of pastels and earth tones. Creating a vision of a blossoming meadow with a crisp spring overcast. May she grant her aligned soul with all the Magick Spring and Rebirth can conjure. May she provide comfort through the transformation of authenticity that her destined light seeks.

Scent: Eucalyptus, Rosemary &
Angel Wings
Intention: Spring Blessings,
Ostara Offering/Blessings, Rebirth, Transformation.
As I sit here with Gaia and the Grande Fire Element burning in tandem, I'm having thoughts about which I felt more--the story or the candle? Both are exemplary works of art... Expressions of understanding, honor, and love. All that you embody.
