Litha Breakfast:
Lavender Tea Dessert Bread
Infuse Lavender into Milk By Bringing to a Boil on the Stove
Mix All Other Ingredients Together, Be Cautious Not to Over-beat the Bread Batter
3/4 Cup of Milk
2Tbsp of Lavender
2 Cups of All Purpose Flour or Preferred Flour
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
4 oz of Softened Butter
1 Cup of Sugar
2 Large Eggs
Bake on 325 Degrees for 50 min or Until ToothPick is Clean
Top w/ Lemon Icing
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tbsp of Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
Round Steak & Eggs
Portion to Size of Family
Cook to Preferred Temp & Egg Style
Eyeball Marinate Overnight w/ Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper & Truffle Garlic Parmesan
Rosemary, Onion Potatoes
Dice Any Preferred Potato to Desired Portion
Eyeball Mix with Olive Oil, Salt, Rosemary & Dried Onion Flakes
Air Fry for 20 min
Fresh Fruit

Litha Lunch:
Brushetta
Toast Garlic Bread in Oven (Portion Out Preferred Slices)
Top w/ Burrata Cheese or Mascarpone
Add Basil, Sliced Tomatoes & Drizzle Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

Arugula Salad
Toss Preferred Portion in Bowl
Arugula
Mozzarella Cheese
Tomato
Pine Nuts
Pomegranate Vinaigrette
Litha Dinner:
Roasted Citrus Chicken

Placed Whole Chicken or Preferred Cuts into Oven Safe Roasting Pan
Season and Dress Chicken
Bone Broth
Olive Oil
Butter
Sliced Onions
Sliced Oranges & Lemons
Mustard Seed
Salt
Pepper
Ginger
Paprika
Celery Salt
Bake on 400 Degrees Until Internal Temp of 155 Degrees
Rest Chicken 5-10 Min
Alfredo Pasta
Portion to Size of Family
Use Preferred Pasta- Penne is my Suggestion
Alfredo Sauce
Eyeball and Build to Desired Amount
Sautee Garlic in Butter w/ Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper, & Onion Powder
2 Parts Whole Milk, 1 Part Buttermilk & 1 Part Heavy Cream
Whisk while bringing to a Mild Boil
Add 1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
Litha Dessert:
Chocolate Chip Cookie w/ Vanilla Bean Ice-Cream
**Unfortunately, unable to create homemade ice-cream this round. Utilized preferred brand of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.**

Chocolate Chip Cookies- Makes 6 Large Cookies
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Raw Sugar
3Oz Butter
1 Egg
1Tsp Baking Powder
1Tsp Baking Soda
1Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon & Nutmeg Sprinkled to Preference
Bake at 375 Degrees for 10-13 min or until Preferred Consistency
Remove From Oven, Let Rest for approx 5 min to Cool
Do not allow Cookies to Cool too Long.
Top with Scoop of Ice-cream
Drizzle with preferred toppings
Caramel Drizzle
Hot Fudge
Fruit
