Dreamscape Tea

This tea was developed in part by a brand provided to me by my lovely friend Chantelle. It is her favorite brand from Canada. It is only one of the five teas within this nightly drink. The intent is to enhance dreams, increase psychic intuitions and drift into an astral slumber.

Ingredients:

Chamomile

Lavender

Black Tea (Any Preferred)

Mugwort

Cinnamon

Nutmeg

Honey

Vanilla

Whole Milk
