Capricorn Lunar Cycle Ritual Guide

Updated: Jun 18, 2023

Welcome Ghouls and Demons to the ritual section of our divine guidance tool. We begin this Capricorn Lunar Cycle on December 23rd, 2022. This is 2 days forward from the Winter Solstice or First Day of Yule. I find this so powerful as this begins the Death Cycle of Mother Earth and the Death Spiral of the Triskele. Capricorn’s are one of my most cherished energies and souls to work with. I personally have a Capricorn stellium in my chart, and my husband is a perfectly aligned walking symbolism of that energy. This isn’t to present any bias but express the deep connection within this impactful energy and the divine mirrors I have experienced to share with you all. I want all seekers to understand, magick and rituals are a never ending cultivation of layers. I teach rituals from life experiences and evolve them throughout life lessons. Art is magick and life imitates art.

This is a key factor to remember when crafting your own grimoire. The goal is not for perfection, but for engagement and awareness. Become lost in the fun and excitement of creating your craft. The imagination is the doorway and you are the key. I urge everyone to step into a space of romanticism and day dreams. You are the creator. The god/goddess of your own world. “The beginning was the word and the word was God.” I find that the word is our voice, but our voice is not just our physical voice and sound we create with our vocal cords. Our voice is our thoughts, our dreams. Any vision you create within your minds eye. They are all synchronized. Many of us walk this realm without the awareness of each flowing connection and our “subconscious” spell work we generate. Not only is this a warning to “watch how you speak to yourself,” or “be careful what you wish for;” it is a lesson of awareness to be still and learn yourself and your connections for physical manifestations.

The Capricorn is the Goatfish. This is a powerful energy refined and ruled from the gifts of Saturn. The goat is the Master, the King of the physical plane. He understand the truth and breaks through the facade with his headstrong work ethics in all aspects of life. However, she is also the fish. The wise Grandmother, the Old Queen who is the flow and guidance towards the physical manifestation mastery of the King. Capricorns are often stereotyped as “heartless” and “emotion avoiding.” This isn’t their true self or nature. This is, in my experience, the monster they were forced into, their not self. This is the survival instinct of the Capricorn. The truth is their success and work ethic are driven by their large hearts. I have found that the Leo Heart Chakra power cannot compare to that of the Capricorn. I have a Leo Moon. I say this as, this is the Leo stereotype, and I myself, used to believe “nobody could care more than I.” Until I met my husband. The way he loves stems from the deepest depths and raises as high as the highest mountain side. You can envision the goat fish symbolism and sense the power from these placements. They are often demonized for their “abrupt” nature and “judgmental” attitude. However, with each unwarranted rant and opinion, is an olive branch designed to either carry you to the top, or lash you into awareness. Their energy is naturally motivated by achieving the highest vibration and version of self. If a Capricorn offends you, it is a good sign to turn within and understand they are reflecting an area of yourself where you know you are lacking. It is easy to turn the other cheek and demonize the monster who shined light on your imperfections. I urge everyone to take the time to pause and grab the hand of the olive branch instead. For the Capricorn does not extend the hand out of maliciousness, but to embrace you with acceptance for where you are at and work force to guide you through to where you are meant to be. Just like the elder guides the young apprentice.

New Moon

Now that we have understood the mindset to align ourselves with, back to the ritualistic details. This New Moon is in alignment with the earthly cycle and holiday season of Death. Another reason Capricorn is demonized. They invoke the death cycle. They are an agent of Death himself. At this new moon we are wanting to reflect and gain awareness of all the areas in which we are not investing into our passions and initiate the intention of putting them to rest. Where have we become our not selves? And where have we gotten lost in the blame game of those who have stolen our power or made us feel we had to force our powerful hearts behind a wall?

Before you begin your ritual, I suggest collecting a few tools. Tools are not necessary, but they are always helpful. I will always prefer you to be authentic to yourself with your own intuitive craft than to be a sheep and follow along without direction. You should never copy anyone else verbatim. That is a slippery slope into a cult, a snobbish clique niche or simply lose another part of yourself. Please feel free to adjust this ritual as needed. I am laying this out as a guideline. The bones of the ritual, if you will. It is up to you to grow the flesh into form. I will provide a ritual example step by step below with detailed explanations for why each tool is utilized. You can also research Capricorn Cycle themed tools for a more individually crafted ritual. There are more tools available than which I use in the ritual. I do not want anyone to feel limited. These are my favorites. I am giving you all a deep insight to my own craft in hopes it inspires your own.

First, I suggest cleansing your space. New Moons are always a great alignment for cleansing and clearing old energies. For this new moon, I suggest a sage and rosemary smudge stick, incense or simmer pot. If possible, crack a window or two before smoke cleansing. Cinnamon is another great herb for Capricorn energy.

Secondly, I suggest adjusting your altar. I will have a “main” altar theme for each solstice/equinox. However, each zodiac/lunar cycle I will re-organize the center piece to align with the energy of that cycle in addition to the energy of the season. I am a maximalist. The more connections to the vast variety of energies, your craft and life you can make, the more powerful your magick will become. This can take a lot of discipline, time and effort. It is a commitment to yourself. Honor it as such. However, adapt and adjust to find a routine that works best for you. Find your own personal synonym for the word I am.

For Capricorn season, I suggest utilizing a Baphomet statue. This represents the balance of the Goatfish energy I educated above. Pull an oracle or tarot etc card with the intention for this cycle and place near the statue. Place a black and deep red candle on your altar, in a fire safe space, to connect to the Saturn energy. Anoint the candle with a base oil and sprinkle wormwood, rosemary, and cinnamon on the candles. When you are ready to begin the ritual you will light the candles and follow the next remaining steps. I will light my candles as I am pulling my card, organizing and decorating; while I play whichever music is speaking to me at the time. This is how I establish a movie set cinemaphotography in my head. Dreaming my life is a movie, is the key I cultivated for myself to unlock my imagination and enhance my magical connection. I find the imagination is a space that feels safe. It is the space our inner children live and the space they hid. When your mind feels safe, it is open to the opportunities and divine messages that have always been present. The imagination is the Third Eye. This is also a way to “cast a circle.” Circle casting is however it presents itself to you. It can be literal or re-created as I have done for myself. Another item I suggest placing on your altar is a glass of red wine. In my practice, wine is one of the best offerings to present to your guides. Next I suggest a jar of dirt; filled approx halfway. For new moons, I find it best to incorporate all elements. The smoke cleanse is air, the candles fire, the wine water and the jar of dirt for Earth to be the grounding place holder for your New Moon Capricorn Intentions.

Thirdly, it is time to meditate or journal on the reading you pulled for yourself. Analyze the symbolism of the card and the interpretation of the card and how it connects to the places of your soul in which you have not invested into your TRUE passions. You can keep track of this through a journal entry, quick notes or a list of words. Either way you do it? I suggest it to be written. The power behind a physical writing to paper with focus of the human eye is intense when properly connected. Remember these are old habits that need to die. Once they are written, tear them up with as much angst and anger as you need. It may hurt to realize all the places you have sacrificed your authenticity. It will hurt to realize how you allowed certain people into your life, and how those people are no longer or never have been good for you. These are harsh truths but they are necessary to bring to light and rise from the dark depths. Place the torn pieces into a separate jar, box or other earth friendly container. Leave them off to the side for now.

Fourthly, write intentions on your passions. Your true authentic nature. Write down passions you had as a child and revisit them. Write out a game plan on how to learn to do something you’ve always wanted. Figure out your dream life and write out goals and intentions on the work you will need to do to achieve that success. Remember, the Goat has an intense work ethic driven from the heart of the Fish. The Goat will make it happen. That can manifest in multiple different ways. But as my husband says, “You can’t whine and fear hard work and expect to get anywhere with yourself.” Be brutally honest about the steps it will take to achieve success. Write them down with confidence and passion. No one can stop you. As you found have found out, only you can stop you. You may pass the blame on others, but at the root end, it was your decision to begin with. You are the word and the word is god. Nothing happens unless you say, for you are your own god/goddess. Fold these intensions to fit inside the earth filled jar placed on your altar. It will stay there through this cycle, until the Last Quarter. Seal the jar with the wax from your back and red candles.

Fifthly, I suggest expressing gratitude and closing out your circle. You can close out with a stillness or breathing meditation to align yourself with your intentions etc and then blow or snuff out your candles. Find whichever ritual close works best for you. I personally do my rituals right before I am going to be going to bed. My husband will engage in most rituals with me and we close the circle out with a sex ritual. This is our expression of intimacy and divine connection. The physical act, emotional connection and energetic generation in alignment with our intentions is a powerful radiation of energy into the universe. The circle is not closed out at climax. That is another way to align. The circle is closed once we snuff the candles.

****Sex magick is a beautiful and deep form of magick. However, should not be entertained and exchanged lightly. It requires focus, confidence and self awareness Vampyric energies can enter and ruin the magick if you utilize an unstable partner. I understand all relationship dynamics. I am not a prude nor suggesting anyone conform to any one relationship dynamic. I only urge you to be mindful of the sexual energy exchange and the partner you choose to engage in it with. Remember, self stimulation is always an option and form of protection when it comes to sacred sex practices. This Capricorn cycle is an emphasis on self passion. For the novice, relationship sensitive or any of the above, I suggest a masturbation based ritual. If you have a history of sexual trauma, masturbation rituals can be very healing. They are recommended as practice before inviting a partner in order to assist with trauma healing as well.*****

Lastly, the shredded pieces of paper, I would like you to go outside and find an area you won’t mind digging. If you need, you can take them to a sacred space that is outdoors and dig there. I want you to take with you some lavender, roses, jasmine and any other peaceful flower you desire. Bury those torn up pieces with the herbs. I understand how absurd this may sound to honor and respectfully bury these potentially horrible or heavy expressions. They may not be as heavy as you once thought them to be once you have had some time to reflect on where you are being guided. They may be only initially or they may remain heavy. Either way, I find it important to honor the past version of ourselves. It is not a shrine nor a mausoleum. This is to integrate the shadow. It is always good practice to honor your past with grace and lay it to rest in peace, not turmoil and shame. Give yourself grace but do not enable your actions. Face your accountability while forgiving yourself. Be proud you mastered this lesson and become excited with the next challenge. Life is a game. Be determined to win it and achieve your god-hood.

First Quarter

This First Quarter moon is in Aries. Which I find to be such a perfect alignment for some powerful ancestral, subconscious and inner child based healing. This moon phase is the phase of action with a theme to define how you will need to protect your new moon intentions and assist you in enforcing this transformation. You are working to protect yourself from the zombie of your past not self and move forward with passionate force into your authentic self. Will you survive this zombie apocalypse? Or will you cower in fear and resurrect into your old self? Remember We laid our past not self to rest. Not to resurrect. It may be difficult or it may be easy. Either way take your time with where you are at, however, redirect yourself to the bolded affirmation/mantra. This will help guide you along. The more mantras you can create to redirect yourself, the easier time you will have along your path. Especially with death cycles. Death can either be an exciting, spontaneous adventure, or it can be pain and suffering. To quote Jigsaw, “The choice is yours.”

Aries is the beginning of the Zodiac and astrological year. This is a great energy for a first quarter of action and new beginnings as we are planting the seeds deep into the darkness to hibernate and grow for the rebirth cycle. Aries is a childlike sign. I love utilizing Aries to represent all inner children and alike energies. They are fun, energetic, wild, free and very playful. Messy with their emotions, but not from lack of control but from intensity of passion and frustration in the transition to be at a beginning. Learning and growing is hard and frustrating. I find the Aries to be the energetic equivalent to the Goat side to the Capricorn. If you follow the astrological cycle you will see where the Goat side of the Capricorn is a refined or matured version of the Ram in Aries. The Ram is the inner child and imaginative energy of the universe. You can picture how they relate to the themes of this cycle. We were never meant to be hammered into submission and conformity through our journey. We were meant to be nurtured and nourished to blossom. To grow from the apprentice (the Ram) into the Master (the Goat). The first quarter is aligning for you to take action with a child like passion and enthusiasm to mature yourself into your true self. You can no longer resurrect your past. It is time to self parent, turn inward and build strong energetic systems to protect yourself and not allow yourself to become lost again. These boundaries are meant to be sturdy and stable. Built within your truth. However they should not be rigid. As you grow, you may need to adapt your protection field. This is important in order to not inhibit your own growth. Protection is circumstantial and ever changing. Relate it to removing training wheels as you build confidence with a bike.

For this ritual, firstly, I would like to suggest beginning by lighting a candle that either smells or looks peaceful to you. It can be because of color etc etc. Light an incense. For this purpose I will use black odorless incense sticks. I utilize the color magick and smoke to invoke protection calling upon my guides. You can use a specialized incense with herbal alignments or other tools if you would like. If you have a scrying tool or mirror, this is a great time to use them. Sit in front of your scrying tool. Take some deep breaths and focus your mind on boundaries you know you need to set. Where do you self sacrifice? Where do you people please? Where do you close yourself off in order to keep yourself safe? You will see that sometimes the boundaries you set will be ones you need to make with yourself, not just other people. Think about who you perceive yourself to be. Think about who you dream you could be? Utilize that child like enthusiasm and imagine what it would take to create the life for yourself here and now. Envision yourself as your highest self. Look deep into your scrying tool. Focus in on what manifests and connects from your day dream. Once you awaken from the trance, write down quickly everything that you feel is important to remember. Quick chicken scratch, short hand notes. Do it as quickly as you can until you can no longer “remember.”

Next, process how you can bridge these divine symbols and messages into the boundaries you need to set. This will help guide you into authentic boundaries that are balanced and integrated and not immature. We are utilizing the balance of the matured Capricorn Sun and the childlike Aries moon. You may have memories or visions of a time when you found that this authentic boundary was broken. I will be bombarded with memories of every time the pattern presents itself. It isn’t a fun movie reel to witness. However, by being able to tap into those patterns, I am able to break them. This does need to be taken with a grain of salt. As you can easily become tricked and paranoid. Lost in the abyss. Have trust and confidence with a poise of the flame to guide you. Do not become distracted by the fear demons that will surround you. They are there to test you. To test your WILL. I suggest writing these boundaries down. You may notice you refine them with each read, which is beautiful as each lesson is an onion filled with layers that can seem to never end at times. Don’t become discouraged. Each layer only means that you are closer to your next ascension, evolution, resurrection.

Now, with your written boundaries, connect to physical actions that you can take to ensure you maintain them. Do you need to work on your confidence? Create affirmations to place on your mirror and in common places to remind you. Connect these to your love languages to alchemize these actions in to a positive behavior response. You are opening these outlets in order to nourish yourself. Just like the flowers open up for the sun. I had read someone say that your love languages are the nurturings you didn’t receive as a child. I find that to be partially true. But the truth I find in it, is that your love languages are expressions on how you feel loved. It is up to you to ensure they are aligned from a place a true self and not conditioned/traumatized self. Often times, traumas can show us what was lacking for our soul. It does not always have to be a wretched confrontation and hate filled reaction. Remember to create these boundaries from a place without resentment. It is time to teach our inner child how to love ourselves while equally understanding our parents couldn’t teach us because they also didn’t know how to love themselves. This can be a huge cycle breaker for your lineage in whichever theme it is presenting itself. It is simply awareness and will look differently for every life path. The mantra here is, Don’t beg someone to do, what you can do for yourself. Don’t become trapped within a misalignment. This is where the creative fire sign energy and child imagination can shine with the powerful impact of the ram. Be creative in the physical actions you choose to take to heal yourself. What gives you that spark and yas! energy? This is setting you up for the alchemy. Once you understand which physical actions will be your outlet, you will transmute the lies of the not self into more power for the true self cultivating a deep bond of self love. When starting off, I find it beneficial to do small practices for yourself that do not involve other people or only involve a select trusted few. Do not throw yourself into the deep end, unless you are aware of what depth it may take you too. If you are confident, practice communicating these boundaries when necessary, however don’t get lost in forcing others to hear you. Establish your boundaries by living them for yourself. It is the golden rule after all. Mantra, I live by example.

It is important to not fall victim to your triggers. It is not up to anyone else to honor you. This will be a learning process. This can help you clear space of energies that no longer serve you in the famous Aries fashion by burning a bridge or by providing an opportunity to heal, teach and grow. Conflict and anger are not signs of failure or a need to cut the cord. Be open to how these boundaries are received. Understand everyone has their own path and they may not perfectly align with yours. Does not mean the love for them has to go away. This is the lesson of conflict resolution and leadership in Capricorn fashion. If you wish to be understood, take the time to understand.

Now that you have planned out your action steps, utilize garnet, carnelian, obsidian, tigers eye and amethyst. You can carry them on you in a sachet, place them upon your altar or under your pillow. Whichever execution fits you best. Use a fire safe bowl, open up a window or do this outside. Get a fire safe bowl, place 3 tea light or small jar-less candles. These are to represent the Triskele. The life cycles of life, death and rebirth. You are representing and honoring the continual initiation of this process/cycle. Light the candles. Place your written boundaries in the fire safe bowl, not to snuff the candles, but to be ignited by them. If you need further fire starter, I utilize lefter over incense sticks and will give a splash of alcohol spray. Throw into the bowl rosemary, lavender, spearmint and red roses. Meditate over the fire with the stones in their place with the intent to integrate these into this reality.

Full Moon

This full moon is in the empathic sign of Cancer. I am so in love with this cycle and how every ritual connects together. If you haven’t seen the pattern yet, I align each ritual with the element of the moon sign and bridge it to the solar sign. I love to express and find positive aspects and connections. These are important tricks to remember when engaging in squared expressions. However, this is a sister sign, so we will save that lesson for another time. Cancer being a water sign involves a day filled ritual. The theme of this moon is to celebrate the parts of yourself you have always been and nurturing the self where your adversaries never did. Nurture your passions that were never invested in during childhood through this phase. This is a time to ritualize your self care in connection to the feel goodie memories or sensations that are mirrored in cheesy Hallmark style movies. Embrace your soft side with the confidence of your outside shell. The shell is not for you to hide inside. It is your armor to continue being intune with your softness. Be unapologetically kind, empathetic and understanding for yourself. Cancer energies will often over extend their gifts to other people instead of balancing it inward. Every action should be an equal energy exchange. Energy exchanges can look different person to person. The rule is to only say yes to engagements that will fulfill yourself and the other person mutually. If it is not a balanced exchange it is time to let it go.

Begin your ritual day by selecting a few tasks that will make you feel pampered. It can be a spa day. You can take yourself on a date. Maybe you take a cooking class or go to a lecture to learn a skill you desired from childhood. Whatever it looks like to you, go explore it. Give yourself the nurturing you desire to receive from others. If possible, take the day off work, sleep in and treat yourself to a nice breakfast or lunch. Create the picture perfect day of leisure and do not let anyone crack that armor. Pinch them if necessary.

As you settle into your leisurely day, feeling as light as a cloud, complete a list of self care tasks you can implement on a more consistent basis; tasks that truly spark an oceanic flow vs a tidal resistance. Also create a list of tasks that trigger you into a state of feeling neglected or taken advantage of. These triggered tasks are to be to be released. Let them go. Rip up the triggered tasks. It doesn’t need to be aggressive. Be more passive. Take the pieces of paper to running water. This can be a river, creek etc. You can flush the pieces of paper, if you feel you are able to do so. Be aware of clogs. This is to represent the release of these that misalign you. Keep the list of positive self care tasks aside in a safe location, I would place on my altar for safe keeping.

Next, draw yourself a bath. Doctor that baby up with the works. Bubble bath, epsom salt, apple cider vinegar, baking soda and essential oils. I recommend Patchouli, Bergamot, Blood Orange and Frankincense. If possible, find a candle with that blend of scents prior to ritual or use a diffuser with essential oils. You may also place these herbs in plant form in a sachet and use like a tea steeper in the bath. I also recommend a rose quartz and green aventurine stone(s) to place in the bath water as well. Put in a hair treatment, maybe a face mask too. Anything to relax. Grab some of your favorite wine or a beverage. Play whichever music speaks to you. I typically play a 432 hrtz. Once your bath is to your liking and your vibe is set, place the list of self care tasks you desire to implement into your daily life into the bath water. Ensure you have everything you need and use candle light or a dimmer. Step into the bath and sink into yourself. Do a count 4x4x4x4 breathing routine. Breathe in 4 sec, hold 4 sec, breath out 4 sec, hold 4 sec. If you cannot tolerate that, you may decrease the second count to a more comfortable one. The emphasis is on a deep breath. Sit in the bath for however long is tolerable, suggested 30 min.

To close out the ritual, once you are done with the bath, drain the tub and remove the paper. You can choose how you feel is a respectful way to dispose of the paper. I will bury them in my ritual graveyard. Put on your comfiest clothing and slippers. The final step is to enjoy a hearty meal. I want it to be one of your most favorite meals. If it is one you cook, cook with intention for every ingredient to nourish you and your self love. If it is buying a greasy and horrible bad for you fast food quick meal, have it delivered or go pick it up. Try to use a meal that brings forth some sense of home feeling and positivity. The meal should spark the most joy. Say a prayer of gratitude for yourself, eat your meal in your comfiest of clothing and watch your favorite comfort movie.

Last Quarter

This Last Quarter is in the beautiful scales of Libra. It can be difficult to balance the scales with every component in life we come across. It is important to note I wrote, component, not opponent. Components are difficult to balance by themselves let alone when in bringing forth opponents. That will easily tip the scale. This cycle of this moon phase is themed around letting go of the comparison of yourself to others in the poisonous cycle of detriment and judgement. When you compare yourself to another person you are creating a toxic competition projection and inner turmoil. This judgement is often a mirror of where you have not integrated your own shadow, as we had learned at the new moon. If we do not honor our past selves with peace, they will rise to the surface as judgement and potential narcissism. I believe this to be the heaviest weight and quickest way to imbalance yourself, and on the extreme lose sight of yourself. As you evolve, do not forget where you came from and how beautiful of a journey it has mapped out to be. Do not view others as the adversary. Change your perspective and see that mirrors are meant to guide you. Revisit the New Moon Capricorn energy. The abrupt conflict is not meant to wound you. It is meant to guide you. Be grateful and filled with love for the love those mirrors. Be gracious to the messages they send as they are sent with love for your ultimate success. We are all on a unique path, authentically designed for our individual soul. Camaraderie is vital to maintain balance amongst all components. Each adversary is a teacher to evolve with a solid foundation. The more solid foundations we build the stronger balanced our scales will become.

To begin this ritual you will need to gather nettle leaves, catnip, bergamot, thyme and lavender. You will need a fire safe container and lid. This ritual will need to be done outside. Dress appropriately. Use of a mask and glasses may be needed for those sensitive to smoke. If you have an outdoor fireplace, that will be the best place for this ritual. Take a black and white candle in a container. Make sure these are outside safe for burning. Bring moonstone and black tourmaline crystals. Bring your dirt filled jar with your new moon intentions. Align on one side the black candle with the moon stone. On the other side of the fire pit place the white candle with the black stone. I typically use black candles on the left side and white candles on the right. This represents the balance of forces and polarity. Left and Right Hand Paths etc. We are balancing our scales. Light the candles. Place the dirt with your new moon intension into the fire space. Build the fire over the dirt and intentions. While the fire is catching an building, write out in quick short notes the ways in which you judge yourself and others. Be truly honest with where you have been competing with your peers vs learning from them. Where you are competing for an external validation. Throw them into the fire. You can throw them in one at a time or all at once. Either way, as you throw them inside the fire say goodbye to them. They are no longer a part of you. Integrate those shadow elements and transmute them into light. After you have finished writing your judgements for a final goodbye. Snuff out the fire. You can choose how you do this; whether it be water or earth, or a mixture of both. This can depend how long you desire to participate in this ritual. You can snuff the fire immediately and allow the smoke to disperse into the air. This represents the air element of Libra. The end goal is to allow these elements to transform into smoke. When I engage in this style of ritual, I will stay and enjoy the fire and mediate. I will give myself love, grace and peace. I embrace myself with full acceptance and understanding that I am balanced as I truly am. No one else can throw me off balance except me. I will use my special fire stick and stir the wood with all the ashes. I will let it simmer and smolder down. I will watch the smoke and take note of any images that present themselves. These are typically messages of praise from guides, or hints for the next cycle. It will depend where you are in your journey. Journal on the insights presented. This is where you can choose to close out the cycle with success and ascend or reincarnate and repeat the cycle with harsher lessons with forced change. The choice is always yours. You are forever in control of your destiny. I like to give myself praise for every degree of centering I achieve. I urge you to do the same. All progress is worth Honoring.

For a final achievement, I suggest closing out the ritual engaging in a celebratory act or ritual. My husband and I indulge in a delicious meal, disconnect from technology and get lost in conversation over our achievement through the cycle, self love that reflects into our deep love for each other. We will reflect on ourselves and each other as a couple. We cheers to our success and the effort it took to get this far. From there, once we are back home, we close out the cycle with a sex rite. This rite can often be compared to a vow renewal between my husband and I each cycle. We will express affirmations or vows to each other during the act that are in alignment. The emphasis on this is to continually bridge our bond through all phases of growth, life, dimensions, lifetimes etc etc. We thank each other for all the love we have shown each other through being the mirror that needed to be reflected. You can achieve this with self stimulation as well through fantasy and symbolism of you uniting all of yourselves together as one and thanking each version of yourself for guiding you to where you needed to be. The sex rite can act as a larger casted circle, which is why it was utilized at the New Moon and at the Last Quarter. You will find there to be depths to aligning your magick. Continue to reach for the stars. Your celebration act can be taking yourself out dancing or for drinks. It can be taking the time to rest and relax with a movie. Embrace however celebration looks for you and the magick you can build in all aspects of your life.
