I began creating this Rite of Passage candle with the details provided by Luisa. I contemplated creating matching olive green candles for the two ladies, as they both listed green as one of their preferred colors. However, I couldn’t shake the image of a dusty rose with notes of green. Envisioning a perfect Taurean creation. Unsure of how much Taurus energy was to be utilized, but the celebration would be during Taurus Season and that was connection enough. I loved the idea of soft pinks and greens dancing with one another in celebration of beauty, transcendence and rebirth. With such a rite of passage, there would be a transformation present. It would be important to indulge in the excitement and sensuality of such a new phase of life.

Trudy presented soft, calm and wise. I envisioned a delicate faerie or goddess lounging in a meadow or garden. She was surrounded by nature and flowers. Perhaps Mediterranean, Moroccan or an essence of a meadow near the sea. There is a connection to the desert, as the dusty rose color is one of a desert rose. However, there is a refreshness like a Seabreeze, but not quite tropical. The green stones connect to a loving heart chakra and generous heart. One who deserves to receive just as much as she gives. Topped with jasmine to add serenity to the creativity that stimulates the mind. While reminding the soul busyness of the mind to ease into a state of calm, for it is the moments of silence that initiate the grandest of arts.

Owl Wax Melts with a touch of Patchouli for Abundance and Grounding desired wishes into the physical reality. Owl guides as watchers of the feminine energy. Protection from any force that wishes to feast off of such beauty. A combination of Venusian Liberation into a new phase of life that is less hectic, less busy and one of divine leisure.
