I Dream of Genie
Written below is the channeled Candle Story behind this Curation
I Dream of Genie:

This lovely and vibrant candle was crafted from an antique gravy boat I found while out thrifting for vessels. The gravy boat was covered in dust, which gave it an antique or sepia tone to the white porcelain. There was a part of me that wanted to keep all the dust on the outside of the vessel. It gave a certain essence and character to her. As if she was a Genie Bottle that needed to be rubbed. However, I couldn’t allow someone to have all that dust be brought into their home, nor did I feel right about it when burning for manifestation purposes. Not only for aesthetics, but energetically there needed to be a cleanse. At times I will leave certain dusty elements, but at this time, this vessel was ready to be brought to her purest of expressions. After washing the vessel, I was not aware of just how white and crisp of a container she was. I felt she may have been an off white or a beige. However, she was as white as the purest of snows.
I continued to feel into the Genie essence of such a vessel. Something about her felt bright and loving. Not as archaic or Middle East as other Djinn vessels I have encountered. There was a playfulness to this vessel. A charming essence. As I was drying her, and set on her being some sort of Genie spirit, I envisioned all the bright colors and beauty of “I Dream of Genie.” I saw the pinks and oranges. The purples and small notes of red. She needed to be bright, feminine and a bit quirky. With that, I filled her with a bright pink wax and selected vibrant crystals. Topping her with insightful flowers fueled by intuition.
