Cup of Joe
Written below is the channeled Candle Story behind this Curation
Cup of Joe:

A simple and standard tale. I had a beautiful and modern clear glass coffee cup. I figured the pair I found would make for a wonderful functional and reusable design. I had a few new scents. Scents I wouldn’t typically order, however they were samples and I figured, why not. Of course, one of those fragrances was “coffee.” I was worried. For many of these style of fragrances can be wretched when they are not done properly. I tend to stick with as natural of scents as I possibly can. Avoiding artificial copycats. However, as I have been transitioning to a new fragrance company, I have found that I am in a whole new world of aromas. It is not to say that I will not use essential oils ever again. It is simply that the essential oil market has become increasingly corrupt. Equally, I want to ensure a clean, non-toxic burn. The essential oil companies convince you that they are more natural and safe. Over the years I have come to learn that “natural” does not always mean “better,” “cleaner” or “less-toxic.” As well, this brand, P&J Trading, claims to be Pet Friendly and Third Party Tested. Between P&J and Candle Science, you are guaranteed fragrances that care about the health and wellness of the household. Which has been (and become even more so) my biggest priority with my candle making. With this whole new world of aromas, I decided to venture off and see how some of these other fragrances do. Which includes a natural, but not so natural fragrance, such as Coffee.
This Coffee fragrance was as pure coffee, as coffee could be. It smells just like a fresh pot has been brewed. I was pleasantly surprised. This may be a fragrance I keep in stock for my creations. It will of course be available by request for any custom intuitive options. (As are any fragrance. I accept all fragrances when requested). From there, I topped the candle doing my best to give it just as Coffee of a vibe, as the fragrance provided. I wanted the essence of what a coffee elixir a Magician may concoct. All the while honoring the spiritual power of coffee himself. Coffee is associated with Mars, and therefore, I added in all the necessary self defense and protection elements. Which can equally be utilized for self preservation, rejuvenation, grounding and overall peace. Embodying the stability, serenity and energy that comes from your morning Cup of Joe.

Scent: Coffee
Intention: Grounding, Peace, Energy Rejuvenation and/or Protection
