Deceivement, Manipulation & Transmutation

Annoyed with the intention of the wannabes screeching for attention across the land. I argue that Hexes are banishment and protection spells. A necessary form of defense. And I argue that a curse cannot properly work, if you cannot tamper with free will. You could make the person believe the curse worked. They would feel your hexes if they were properly executed. Just as any proper form of defense. Depending on every intricate detail of not only ingredients, but the depth of the intention behind the spell working.
